Reiki Circle
We gather on the last Wednesday of the month to share in the peace and grace of Reiki. We begin with a guided meditation with a different focus each month. Participants are then invited to share in Reiki. All are welcome no prior experience necessary. We do ask however that you let us know if you are coming so seating may be arranged.

Burning Bowl
This is a fire ceremony used by many traditions to assist in opening our hearts and minds so we may truly listen to our souls. Through Meditation, Music, Writing, Reiki Healing and Aromatherapy we will be afforded an opportunity to reflect upon those people, places and things that no longer support us on our journey. We may find ourselves being invited to release a fear, an unwanted habit, an unhealthy relationship or a way of doing things. We may be prompted to forgive ourselves or someone else for something that has happened in the past. Allow us to help guide you through the burning bowl process. It is our desire to assist in empowering you to let go. When ready we will put our Release documents into the fire with gratitude for the lessons learned. To assist us in remaining detached we will also spend time focusing on those things we would like to manifest so that we may replace our old ways with new supportive ways. It is our desire to assist in empowering you to let go of anything you feel is interfering with your Soul’s Purpose.

Discover your Soul Essence through Collage
Join us in discovering your inner essence, the many parts that make you who you are. It is through the power of imagery that we are able to gain greater insight into our Soul’s Purpose. We are each comprised of many personalities and there is an invitation to embrace all the parts so that we may become a healthy version of ourselves.
Through this creative collage process we may come to learn things about our soul that we may have kept hidden from ourselves and others. It can be difficult to find words to express our deepest dreams, aspirations, disappointments etc. through this highly intuitive process we will be afforded and opportunity to find the images that give us a voice. Oil Workshop
This workshop serves as an introduction to Young Living Essential Oils. We will cover the basics of essential oil usage and their role in our daily lives. We will discuss the benefits of incorporating essential oils in your proactive wellness regime. Our focus will be on the Everyday Oil Collection consisting of Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon, Panaway, Valor, Purification, Thieves, Frankincense.
