Usui Reiki Class DescriptionsReiki 1  This course serves as an introduction to Reiki. It is generally taught on the weekend Saturday 10:00-4:00 Sunday 10:00-12:00. (Special arrangements may be made for classes to be held during the week) The course focuses on the history of Reiki, the basic hand positions, and the Western techniques introduced by Mrs. Takata. The class combines lecture, discussion and practice time. You will be attuned as a Reiki I practitioner. You will be afforded an opportunity to practice giving and experience recieving a Reiki treatment. Upon completion of the course you will be empowered to use Reiki energy on yourself and others. You will receive a Reiki I Manual and Certificate. Class fee $175 ~ Sign Up For Class ~Includes all materials. $50 deposit due two weeks prior to seminar This weekend seminar (Saturday 10:00-4:00 ~ Sunday 10:00-2:00) you will be invited to experience powerful tools for self discovery and integration. This is the second level of Reiki in the Usui Reiki legacy. You will be introduced to the first three symbols of Reiki. You will learn how to incorporate these symbols into your Reiki practice. Our training will also include giving Distant and Absent Healing, Scanning and Beaming. You will be attuned as a Reiki II practitioner. You will receive a Reiki II certificate and manual. (Please bring a Brown Bag Lunch) Usui Mastership Training Pursuing a Reiki Mastership is for individuals who are dedicated to helping others through the practice of Reiki. Ongoing mentoring as an apprentice affords the student an opportunity to share their learning experiences with other students and teachers on their journey. As part of the process you will share in the teaching experience by observing a Reiki Class and Attunement. During the apprenticeship you will be given the opportunity to practice Reiki outside the classroom with different populations of people. In addition you will be able to facilitate at a Reiki Circle. By practicing Reiki we become it! REIKI is our teacher!
